Office Policies

At Coastal Oral Surgery, PA, we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We participate and work with many insurance plans and for those plans, patients are responsible for their deductibles and copayments at the time of consultation or treatment. If you have any questions or concerns about insurance coverage, our well informed staff will be happy to assist you.

We do make an attempt to verify every patient’s benefits, therefore providing you with the most accurate financial estimate possible. Our office, however, can not be responsible for inaccurate information provided by your insurance company. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. If there is any remaining balance after your insurance has paid, that portion is your responsibility.


Financial Policy


We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call can clear up any misunderstandings. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

We offer easy and affordable financing options through Wells Fargo, CareCredit® and Lending Club to help you pay for dental procedures your insurance doesn’t cover. Wells Fargo and CareCredit® offer both no interest* financing or low minimum monthly payment options, while Lending Club offers low interest financing options.

Cancellation Policy


Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
