Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Daniel Winston,
DDS

Dr. Daniel Winston is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with decades of experience and a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient education. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology, he received his DDS from The Ohio State University. Dr. Winston completed a general practice residency before going on to specialize in oral surgery through an intensive residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital, a Columbia University hospital in New York City.

His comprehensive training covered the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including anesthesia, third molar extractions, bone and soft tissue grafting, dental implants, and oral pathology. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Winston has been widely recognized for his dedication to educating dental students and residents.

He is affiliated with numerous professional organizations including the ADA, NJDA, New Jersey Society of Dental Anesthesia, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the Monmouth and Ocean County Dental Society. Patients appreciate Dr. Winston’s thoughtful, measured approach and his ability to explain complex procedures in a reassuring, relatable way.

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

John Soliman,
DMD, MD

Dr. John Soliman is a dual-degree, board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a strong foundation in both dentistry and medicine. Born in Queens and raised in Hazlet, NJ, Dr. Soliman completed his undergraduate studies at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Biology. He earned his DMD from Temple University School of Dentistry, graduating cum laude, and went on to receive his MD from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2014.

Dr. Soliman completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery through Drexel, where he served as Chief Resident from 2016 to 2017 at Hahnemann University Hospital, St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, and Aria Health. During this time, he also completed a year of general surgery training. He is board certified by both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology (ADSA).

His clinical interests include office-based anesthesia, dental implants, and orthognathic surgery, with a specialized focus on virtual surgical planning. This advanced digital approach allows Dr. Soliman to tailor each surgery with enhanced accuracy and predictability. He is passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care and takes pride in delivering optimal outcomes for every patient.

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Alaina Harrington,
DMD, MD

Dr. Alaina Harrington is a dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a deep commitment to patient-centered care and surgical precision. Originally from Bayonne, NJ, Dr. Harrington earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Drew University. She continued her education at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her DMD, and then completed her MD at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine.

Dr. Harrington underwent extensive surgical training at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and MetroHealth Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. Her areas of clinical focus include dentoalveolar surgery, maxillofacial trauma, benign pathology, and microneurosurgery.

Her training in medicine and dentistry allows her to take a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to oral surgery. Known for her clear communication and compassionate demeanor, Dr. Harrington builds trust with every patient and is especially skilled at helping patients feel calm and informed—even in the most complex surgical situations.

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Radislav Meylikh,
DDS

Dr. Radislav Meylikh is a distinguished oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a strong academic background and a passion for providing exceptional surgical care. He graduated summa cum laude from Wagner College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, and earned his DDS from NYU College of Dentistry, graduating magna cum laude. During his time at NYU, Dr. Meylikh ranked in the top 5% of his class, earned OKU distinction, and was inducted into several prestigious honor societies.

His leadership roles included serving as a teaching assistant, vice president of the dental association, and class council representative. After completing a general dentistry residency and an OMFS fellowship at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, he continued on to complete a full oral and maxillofacial surgery residency there. He was named Chief Resident and honored as the “Resident of the Year” by the Department of Dental and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Meylikh’s clinical interests include facial trauma, orthognathic and reconstructive surgery, dentoalveolar procedures, and maxillofacial pathology. He has also dedicated time to community service and was recognized with the Sigma Theta Tau International Epsilon Mu Chapter Volunteer Award. Patients appreciate his approachable nature, attention to detail, and genuine investment in their well-being.
